What to Expect at Your Initial Appointment
The first appointment with Dr. Diefenbach will be much longer than a conventional medical office visit. In addition, it is important to complete the extensive intake form before the visit.
Dr. Diefenbach will listen to your health journey, which may have many twists and turns and involve multiple conditions and diseases.
Naturopathic doctors recognize the importance of this process and you will have the time and space necessary to share the details of your story. Dr. Diefenbach is like a medical detective; she will help you to determine the root cause of your illness and guide you to find the best solution for your healthcare.
Types of Appointments
Complimentary Discovery Call - 15 Minutes
This free service is designed to introduce you to Dr. Diefenbach’s approach to health and wellness while allowing her to understand your unique health goals. This call is informational and does not include medical advice. It is a required step before scheduling your initial appointment.
Initial Appointment - 90 Minutes
During this comprehensive session, Dr. Diefenbach will review your complete health history and conduct an in-depth assessment to identify the root causes of your symptoms. Based on her findings, she will create a personalized wellness plan to help you take charge of your health and to achieve optimal wellness.
Follow-Up Appointment - 60 or 30 Minutes
The first follow-up is 60 minutes; thereafter, follow-up sessions are available in 30- or 60-minute options. During these appointments, Dr. Diefenbach will evaluate your progress and adjust your personalized wellness plan as needed to ensure continued success on your journey to better health.
Payment Policy
We do not participate with any insurance plans. However, we do accept Flex Spending and Health Savings Accounts for payment. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse you for our services, contact them directly or speak with your plan administrator.
Cancellation Policy
At Natural Integrative Healthcare, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This applies to all appointments, whether in-office or by telephone. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a charge for the full cost of the scheduled visit.
